Please download our Withdraw App for Gem Withdraw. Click the Download button bellow.

Then install our Ludo Zone Withdraw app. (If it show "blocked", click here to ‍see unblock). Click Here)

Once the installation is complete, please log in to the Withdraw using the same account you logged in to our Ludo Zone app. i.e. Same Facebook account. Or, if you are logged in to Ludo Zone using Gmail, use the same one here. Or, if you used custom email and password, use the same email and password to login here.

That means, you have to use exact same user information for both the apps. Once you are logged in, you can see the number of Main Gem were in your account. Now, you have to follow the instructions of this app to submit a withdraw request. After verifying your withdraw request, we will send it to your selected account.

Terms and Conditions to Withdraw:

1. All the Gem should be your Main Gem.
2. You have to select a payment method from the methods we are currently supporting.
3. The minimum withdraw requirement is 1000 Gem.
4. Withdraw rate : 1000 Gem = $1.
5. If the payment method you selected to get paid charge any fees, admin will cut that amount from the balance.
6. Please double check your payment method if it the details are correct.
7. If you made any wrong in your payment method details and your payment goes to another person, Ludo Zone won't be responsible for this mistake.
8. It may take at least 7-15 days to get paid.
9. Sometimes it may take longer than usual, if this happens to you, please contact us via our Facebook page.
